WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?

Our secure shopping basket is powered by PayPal. (Please note that goods will be sent to the registered PayPal address)

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAL CHARGES?

We use Royal Mail and aim to deliver your parcel in two to three working days and give you signed for proof of delivery. There is no extra charge for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we only ship to UK addresses

DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS?

We only accept online orders at this time.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

The sizing is standard UK sizing.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Grey City Clothing purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the date of your receipt. Please contact us directly at returns@greycity.co.uk to request an RA number and coordinate your exchange and/or refund. We do not accept returns without an RA number issued by Grey City Clothing customer service. Grey City Clothing does not pay for return shipping. Please ship your return using a carrier that provides a tracking number. Please Note: Grey City Clothing only accepts returned merchandise that is received in new, unworn, original condition and in the original packaging. Any returned merchandise that cannot be sold as new will be returned to the sender.
